Payout + Pickup Requests

Use the form below after your consignment period ends to request payout.
Pickup confirmations are sent by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 3 days, call 904-209-5250.
Early payouts are paid at a reduced rate and cannot be submitted online.
Checks expire after 30 days. $30 reissue fee applies.
Unsold item requests must be received within 14 days after consignment ends.

CONSIGNMENT POLICIES

Items not picked up by stated deadlines become the property of Sandpiper.
Consignor is responsible for contacting Sandpiper after the consignment period ends to request payment and schedule pickup of unsold items.
To schedule retrieval of unsold items, Consignor must contact Sandpiper within 14 days after the consignment period ends.
Consignor will receive 40% of the actual sold price unless otherwise stated in writing.
Checks must be deposited within 30 days of issuance.
Payouts not requested within one year of the end of consignment expire.
Items removed before the consignment period ends will incur a fee of 20% of the listed price or $10 per item, whichever is greater.
Payouts will be issued at the end of consignment period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
