Inspect your pieces
Check each piece carefully for flaws or stains.
Launder items that don't seem fresh or have a lingering fragrance.
Items that aren't in pristine condition, with signs of wear, flaws or stains won't be accepted.
Drop off your items for review
Drop off your freshly laundered or dry-cleaned items on DISPOSABLE hangers or in sturdy shopping bags or baskets (NO PLASTIC OR GARBAGE BAGS please).
Any items we do not accept can be picked up the following business day (and MUST be picked up within 3 business days).
Get paid once your items sell
We place your item for sale for 90 days. At the end of your contract (or up to once per month), you receive 40% of the sold price.
If any items remain unsold at the end of your 90-day contract, you can pick them up within 7 days or we will donate them for you.

Items with flaws, signs of wear, fragrances, or out-of-date.

Maximize your consignment
Current and well-cared for items sell significantly faster and for more money.
Purge clothing, shoes and handbags you no longer want promptly.
Inspect unwanted items carefully for flaws or stains.
Fix any minor issues: cut loose threads, replace missing buttons, etc.
Launder any stale or perfumed items.
Deliver items neatly folded in sturdy bags/bin or hung on disposable hangers.
Consign items frequently and donate unwanted items that aren't consignable.
