  • Do I need an APPOINTMENT to consign?
    Nope! Items eligible for consignment review can be dropped off anytime at the shop. Drop off your items neatly folded in sturdy bags or baskets (no plastic bags, please). Ensure each bag is clearly marked with your full name + contact phone number. Items are reviewed and accepted within 2 business days. We do not review items during shop hours. Items not accepted must be picked up within 1 week of drop-off. Items not picked up within 1 week of drop-off will be donated to a local charity we support.
  • What ITEMS do you accept?
    LUXURY + CONTEMPORARY brand name women's clothing, shoes and accessories. We specialize in current authentic designer pieces! Clothing Sizes: 0 to 18 Shoe Sizes: 5.5 to 10.5 Seasonal items are not always accepted. Please check our CONSIGN page of the website to check which items and brands we are CURRENTLY ACCEPTING.
  • What happens if I don't pick-up unconsigned or expired items after stated retrieval deadline?
    Sandpiper will donate all items not retrieved after 14 days of consignment expiration and/or 14 days after drop-off for consignment review. It is 100% YOUR responsibility to retrieve your items within stated deadline. **We do NOT have space to store items over 14 days. We do NOT send notifications or reminders to pick-up items and we do no longer make exceptions, regardless of circumstances. Items not retrieved within stated deadlines will no longer be available for retrieval. We will gladly allow someone else to pick-up your item(s) within stated timelines as long as you notify Sandpiper PRIOR to their arrival. Thank you!
  • How do you PRICE items?
    We independently determine the selling price of each item based on the brand, condition, style and current market.
  • What ADDITIONAL SERVICES do you offer?
    • In-home consignments -- we can come to you! Call us to discuss at 386-585-4151. • Styling services – Need something for that party or special event? Or do you just need help putting an outfit together? We would be glad to help you with that! • Private in-store shopping sessions.   • I'm a consignor, how and when will I get paid? And how do I pick-up unsold items?
    Consignors will be paid for sold items upon request at the end of their consignment contract. To retrieve unsold items, you must contact Sandpiper within 14 days after consignment period ends to schedule pick-up date. Consignors must notify Sandpiper for payout within 6 months of consignment end date. Payments requested after 6 months of end date will be paid in store credit only. Commission payouts will expire after one year of consignment end date. Some consignors are eligible for payout in store credit. If you are eligible and interested in receiving payment in store credit, payout requires advance notice. Please ask for details.
